All items purchased through the website are given a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped.
- Standard Shipping: Standard orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, This also applies for 2-3 day option.
- 2-3 Day Shipping: All 2-3 day orders are confirmed before 1:00 PM EST will be processed the same day. 2-3 Day processed after 1:00PM may be processed the following day.
2-3 day shipping is not available for orders outside the U.S
- Weekends and Holidays: Please note that delivery time does not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Holidays.
Shipping Internationally and outside the U.S can take longer than domestic shipments, as customs can sometimes delay the process.
International shipping can take anywhere for 5 - 20 business days depending on customs. We cannot guarantee a timeframe for international shipments. You will notice a pause in the process of shipment on your USPS tracking number. This means it is outside of the U.S. This does not mean it is stuck in transit, so don't worry!
Note: We do not ship shoes internationally. If you are a customer outside of the U.S and order shoes, you will automatically be refunded for the price of the shoes.
International Taxes & Customs
Although we typically send out packages to accommodate the customer to not be charged additional fees, customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Goldmorning is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

Goldmorning is not responsible for items listed as delivered on tracking. If an item is not present or shows up damaged by carrier, you must contact your local P.O and provide your tracking number to open a case. Our 2-3 Day Delivery option provides you up to $50 insurance. Please consider leaving a note for your mail man to return later with the package if you’re not available to receive it or selected the Signature Confirmation shipping option for $2.50 at the check-out page. We will not replace items or grant refunds or credits to packages that show delivered and are claimed to be missing. This must be taken up with your local Post Office.
