HASSLE FREE RETURNS
Didn't love it? We have made it simple for you! No need to contact us about your return, read below for instruction. Thank you for shopping small.
- We accept returns for refund that are post marked within 4 calendar days from the date the item is delivered.
- We accept returns for store credit on packages that are post marked within 14 calendar days from the date the item is delivered.
Any received thereafter will be automatically returned/refused to sender or will be subject to a 40% restocking fee. Goldmorning is not responsible for returns that are received outside the 14 calendar days. We will not process late returns.
- Due to limited quantities, we do not process exchanges. Instead, lock in your new item by purchasing it and then send in your return.
- Although we do not require you to return your item with the plastic bag it came in, we highly encourage returning it and keeping it in tact so it can be reused (less waste!)
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box (so save the box we send it in in case you change your mind!) Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
- All items must be in the same condition as received, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, store credit or exchange if we feel the items have been worn, damaged, had tags removed, stained, marked, excessively wrinkled, altered in any way or, if in any other manner the item is not in the same condition in which it was sent. We may also charge a restocking fee for excessively wrinkled and/or poorly packaged items.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, animal hair or similar product stains are non refundable, ineligible for store credit and will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or they cannot be returned. We require the damaged item to be returned. Your shipping expense will be reimbursed.
- We are not responsible for items that are unable to be returned within the 4 and 14 days due to reasons such as vacation, time away, holidays, and any other reason that is beyond the control of Goldmorning. It us up to the customer to manage their schedules accordingly. Refunds and store credits will not be granted for such reason.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Items are the customer's responsibility until they are returned to Goldmorning. Items that are not received by Goldmorning will not be issued a refund. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, and that customers ask for receipt of postage at the time of shipping. Insuring your return package for the value of your items is also recommended.
- Returns that are received without the order number postcard or note with your order number will be placed on hold until the sender contacts Goldmorning.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
- All Marked Down items (i.e. Sale, Flash Sale, Clearance, Last Chance, etc) and Bath and Body are Final Sale. Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit or exchange. We will not process returns on Final Sale items.
- Items purchased with coupon codes are Final Sale.
- All Re-wear Fashion items are Final Sale and not redeemable for any type of store credit or exchange.
- Gift Cards, intimates, bras, swimwear, camisoles are Final Sale
- Large orders that are returned in full, or near full may be subject to a restocking fee. (This clause is to prevent return fraud and those who may order irresponsibly. We do not wish to discourage those ordering with honest intent from placing large orders!) Please see the first sentence of the clause directly below.
- Return Fraud; We are a small business of three. We pack all of the orders by hand ourselves. Please do not place orders for market research / photoshoots with the intention of returning them afterwards. If we feel a order was placed for any other reason than to shop, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
HOW TO RETURN
Send your return to the address that is found at the bottom of your email order confirmation. Please make sure to write your order number underneath "Goldmorning Returns" on the address label.
ORDER NUMBER ______
Address your package to Goldmorning Returns and include the order number postcard that came with your package. Once we've received your return, you will receive an email letting you know that your return was processed.
Tip: If you don't want to miss out on the item you are exchanging for, purchase it ahead of time to make sure it doesn't go out of stock! Remember, we are here to ensure that you choose the correct item and size so do not hesitate to contact us with any questions that you may have. We are happy to help!
- Your invoice will be emailed to you; we do not include invoices in each package. It is not necessary to be included in your return. We have all of your information on file here, and all that is required is your order number which can be found on the postcard inside your package!
- Please allow 3-7 business days for your return to process. Once your item(s) are determined to be eligible for return you will receive an email confirmation of the amount refunded. If you do not receive email confirmation after the 3-7 business days, please send us an email via the contact form.
